This contact form is the single point of contact for users according to Article 12 of the Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 October 2022 on a Single Market For Digital Services and amending Directive 2000/31/EC (Digital Services Act).

Messages sent via this form are handled by our Support Team. Depending on the topic, your request may be escalated to the relevant specialist team.

We may send an automated acknowledgment confirming that your message was received. We typically respond within 5 business days. In exceptional cases (for example, higher-than-usual request volume, the need to verify information, or if any additional details are required), our response may take longer.

We do not use automated tools to route or assign messages submitted through this form. Your message is handled and reviewed by a human.
